How long is the warranty period for products?

We offer 2 years standard warranty for all products avaliable.
What is the return policy?

We offer 14 days return on most of our products if you are unsatisfied. However, there are specific personal-care products you cannot return due to safety and hygiene reason such as sleeping mask. Please check products detail page to confirm the return policy for each product.
When will I get my refund after returning the product?
